Introduction: Thyroglossal duct cyst (TGDC) is a developmental abnormality in which the thyroglossal settles after decline of thyroid gland.A 57-year-old female patient presented with complaints lump middle her neck that slowly enlarged. The was first realized around 10 years ago. When she swallowed, also moved. swelling cystic, painless surrounded by healthy skin except for small area showed sign inflammation. ultrasound and Magnetic resonance confirmed TGDC size 120 x 100 50 mm. We performed surgical excision on central part hyoid bone (sistrunk procedure) sent specimen histopathological examination, to confirm preoperative diagnosis. diagnosis management are not related age or size. Operative standards carried out sistrunk procedures.Case Description: standard giant tyroglossal procedure maximum result. has been succesfully this case.Conclusion: results. successfully case. patient's
